Zircom worked with Keolis Amey Metrolink (KAM) to develop a strategic business plan and a new brand identity, plan a targeted recruitment campaign and provide ongoing internal comms support.
We developed KAM's business plan document, which was essential for structuring and presenting its key strategic goals, core values, and achievements internally and externally. We created an internal brand design style and key communications messaging to help embed KAM's strategic goals and development plans.
To support KAM's growth, we delivered a targeted recruitment campaign across media outlets and the Metrolink network, attracting talent championing Manchester's diversity. We also delivered internal comms support, including health, safety and well-being performance, employee engagement and cultural change to support key strategic goals.
The internal communications programme was a key part of KAM winning Operator of the year at the Global Light Rail industry awards in 2022.
