National Express

The Challenge
National Express is one of the most internationally recognisable names in the transport industry, operating across the UK, Europe and America. With such a prominent brand, the business needs a strong corporate social responsibility programme to ensure the public understood the positive values of the organisation. They turned to Zircom to ensure their environmental commitments were communicated fully to their internal and external stakeholders.

The Solution
Working in partnership with the Environmental Director and Sustainability Manager at National Express, we developed a communications plan to ensure their environmental credentials storyline was communicated clearly and effectively. With the Property & Environment Director scheduled to speak at the Annual Bus Conference, our design team set about creating a presentation that highlighted the National Express environmental commitment with an engaging visual style.

 

 

Knowing the importance of consistency in branding and communications, we took their visual style from the external presentations and used it to develop an environmental highlights briefing for the Group MD, as well as board reports, exhibition stands, content for the corporate website and case studies highlighting some of the greatest environmental success stories within National Express.
